her contact lens patients. Dr. Fong is skilled at fitting keratoconus, astigmatism, bifocals, orthokeratology and other
hard-to-fit contact lens patients. She is actively involved in an international organization called Bible Study Fellowship
as a children's leader. Dr. Fong also teaches Sunday school and helps to lead a women's ministries at her church. When
asked what she enjoys best about being a Sugar Land, TX eye doctor, Dr. Fong said, "I enjoy getting to know the different
people who come in. I feel it is important to listen to each person's story. If I can help patients tell me exactly what
they are experiencing and what their concerns are, then I can best meet their needs." Dr. Fong lives in Sugar Land, TX
with her husband and two daughters.
We are pleased to introduce a leading Sugar Land, TX optometrist to our
patients. Dr. Grace Fong is a prestigious doctoral magna cum laude
graduate from the University of Houston College of Optometry. She
continued her training at the Albuquerque Indian Health Services Hospital
where she specialized in treating glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, macular
degeneration and other eye diseases. Dr. Fong received further training
at Coastal Eye Associates where she focused on LASIK and other surgical
pre- and post-op patient care. Dr. Fong is our contact lens expert, and
enjoys developing answers for patients who have contact lens problems.
Comfort, clarity and convenience are the 3 C's that Dr. Fong provides for
at lectures and conferences including the annual Learning Disabilities Association of Texas State Conference, Katy
I.S.D. Psychological Services, Katy I.S.D. Dyslexia Night, Fort Bend I.S.D., private schools and other organizations. Dr.
Fong's therapy for treating children with autism has been recognized by Dr. Phil (drphil.com/shows/page/resources/).
His sports vision training program has helped athletes maximize their athletic potential. These athletes have gone on
to have their most productive seasons after training. Some have even earned a full scholarship at a Division I school.
He has served as a deacon at his local church and regularly teaches adult Sunday school. Dr. Fong lives in Sugar Land
with his wife and two daughters. He is looking forward to giving his best as a Sugar Land eye doctor and citizen in his
community.

in this area. Dr. Edward Fong completed one of the top residencies in
the nation at the Baltimore Veterans Administration Medical Center for
treating ocular disease. Upon finishing his residency, Dr. Fong completed
additional training in Washington D.C. at a prominent center for children
with learning disabilities, reading disabilities and developmental delays.
Dr. Fong brings expertise gained from working with children from all over
the globe spanning from Japan and Israel back home to here in Sugar
Land. He has served as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of
Houston mentoring and teaching future doctors. Dr. Fong often speaks
